This website embeds Google Maps and a privacy-enhanced YouTube player. These load directly as you view the page. The cookie banner provides information; selecting Got it acknowledges the notice and does not enable, disable, or authorize tracking.

What we store on your device

When you select Got it, we save the time of that acknowledgement in browser local storage under beoboston-cookie-notice. We use it only to avoid repeating the notice for up to 180 days. It is not sent to a server. Clearing this website’s local storage resets the notice. If storage is unavailable, the notice may appear again on your next visit.

Embedded services

Google Maps: the Newbury Street map may use cookies or other storage and send device and connection information to Google when it loads or you interact with it.

YouTube: the privacy-enhanced player may process device and playback information and use browser storage. Privacy-enhanced mode does not eliminate all third-party processing. The video does not play automatically.

Google controls the specific cookies, identifiers, and retention of its services; these may vary with your browser, Google account, and interactions. See Google’s cookie information and privacy policy. This website does not install separate analytics scripts or advertising pixels.

Your browser controls

You can restrict cookies and clear site data through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking third-party content or storage may affect the map or video. The Cookie notice link in the footer reopens the disclosure; it is not an opt-in or opt-out control.
